According to the Philippine Statistics Authority, 12 million Filipinos were living in extreme poverty in 2015. But despite being deprived of decent living conditions, they are happy and content with their lives. We made a documentary filmed by Noli, a 10-year-old living in one of the most depressed areas in Manila, and asked help from those who are able to improve the lives of the likes of Noli.
