Digital Strategy Director Peach Natividad, and Managing Partner Portia Catuira accepted the awards on behalf of TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno.

SINGAPORE Last night, TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno took home major metals at the Campaign Asia-Pacific Agency of the Year awards. The greatest honor given to the agency was when Chief Creative Officer Melvin Mangada was named this year’s Southeast Asia Creative Person of the Year after only coming in at second last year. He’s played a great role as Executive Creative Director for various winning campaigns such as ABSCBN Foundation’s ‘Dirty Watercolor’, and Campaign Against the Return of the Marcoses to Malacañang’s ‘Correcting History’.

Within three years of its launch, the Disruption Company’s digital arm, TBWA\Digital Arts Network Manila, has become the most awarded digital agency in the country. It’s no surprise that this year, they also won the title Philippines Digital Agency of the Year. Peach Natividad, DAN Manila’s Digital Strategy Director, accepted the gold metal on behalf of the agency.

TBWA\SMP’s Business Unit Director, Paolo Broma, was among three individuals that were nominated as Southeast Asia Account Person of the Year. During the award ceromony at the Ritz Carlton in Singapore, Broma was awarded as a runner-up. Among his noteworthy campaigns include Webby-award winner Bench ‘Feels’, and Bench’s #LoveLocalSuperstition.
