Globally, women are underrepresented across all levels in the workforce, especially in leadership roles. However, at McDonald’s PH, they run the show. The brand boasts a management team where 11 out of 15 members are women. This is a fact people didn’t know about.
On International Women’s Day, we revealed the statistics through posters. We illustrated iconic McDonald’s food — fries, burger, and McDip, as striking visual graphs, showing how women lead at McDonald’s.
